Booking Procedure

Bookings can be made ​​online, by email or by phone (+351) 911 857 826. During the booking process you must provide details of your credit card to guarantee your reservation. Once your booking is processed you have automatically accepted the specific terms&conditions of the apartment in question.
The specific terms&conditions of each apartment are displayed at the bottom of the property description page.

The payment methods available to make your booking are Visa/ Mastercard, paypal or bank transfer, this last one is only possible on bookings made by phone or email.

The total amount of the reservation should preferably be paid in cash upon check-in or with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) unless the terms and conditions specific to each apartment. Please note that payment of the entire stay has to be made ​​at check-in.

At check-in it will be required a deposit between 150€ and 500€, in order to ensure accountability to the customer for any damages that may occur during your stay. This will be returned at check out.

Keep in mind that the maximum withdrawal at an ATM in Portugal is € 200 and the maximum daily withdrawal is € 400.

The promotions are not cumulative, unless otherwise indicated.

Check-in/ Check-out

Check-in is after 3pm (by prior notice and confirmation, you can access the apartment from 11am to leave your luggage and receive the keys, however, if we have a guest on the same day leaving the apartment it will not be ready before 3pm). Check-out is required to be carried out until 11 am. The properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Please be thoughtful of renters who may be checking in on the same day that you checkout. Occasionally delays may occur during peak season. You should call us 30 to 45 minutes prior to your arrival to the apartment so that we can provide an excelence service.

You should always carry a photocopy of your identity card or passport to be delivered upon check-in.

For reasons of safety and responsibility in any damage to the apartment, you must present your credit card to register their data. If you prefer you can send them before check-in by e-mail. At check-in it will be delivered two copies of keys of the apartment. In case of no return at the checkout you will be charged 50 €. If you want some extra equipment (crib, child seat, extra bed) it must be mentioned at the time of reservation and it will be charged a fee of 30€ per equipment.

Supplements to check in particular situations: 50€ between 00:00 and 8am with prior confirmation.

Cleaning and Maintenance

At the check in the guest must leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness as found at the check in. Must remove trash from inside the apartment and put it in their containers. In case of default RentExperience Ltd reserves the right to charge an extra fee of 30€.

Number of Guests

You must inform us the age and number of guests. Children with 4 years and under stay free of charge. The number of people who can use the apartment should never exceed the capacity of each apartment, except for children under 4 years old.

Behaviour

At the check in one guest must be responsible for the proper use of the apartment and its equipment, and should ensure that the remaining guests obey with the rules of good conduct. The Guest agrees to abide by rules of the community. These may be posted in the unit or at the community pool or office. These rules may change from time to time.The silent period in Portugal is between 10pm and 10am, and night rest period must be respected. The apartments are in residential complexes you should be aware that the social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited. In the event of default the authorities may be alerted and you will be subject to fines imposed by them. Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door. Smoking is permitted on balconies as long as the doors and windows are closed.

Severe Wheather

We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit. We suggest Vacation Travel Insurance during the hurricane seasons.

Falsified Reservations

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

Responsabilities

The RentExperience has available two types of contract, one under a complete management by the company and another under the complete management of their owners.

The RentExperience offers a high standard of quality through continuous monitoring of the service. In the case of the apartments managed by the owners, the rental conditions, cleanliness and comfort are first established by them and must be secured in the arrival of guests, and RentExperience therefore can not guarantee or be responsible for condition of the apartment. Likewise the descriptions and related information are provided by the apartment owner, being your responsibility to have it rectified. The copyright of materials displayed on the site, such as text, photographs, or other information, is owned by RentExperience Ltd, unless otherwise specified.

In order to ensure that the apartment has the characteristics essential to your wellbeing during your stay it will be convenient to let us know what the specific need for your comfort.
If you find that the apartment chosen does not match the description given on the website must inform us immediately so that necessary steps are taken to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If you fail to do so RentExperience Ltd does not undertake any financial compensation.In case of failures in services such as water, gas, electricity and / or internet, through no fault of RentExperience Ltd or the owners, the company shall not be liable. Like it is not responsible for any damages caused by inappropriate use of the apartment or its equipment by the customer or guests.

Failing to compliance with the conditions established in the reservation for reasons beyond Rentexperience Ltd, as related to the unexpected of the apartments beeing fully operational (technical interventions, floods, etc.) it shall be ensured an accommodation with similar characteristics and values of the initial reservation.

The guest assures that any tenant who violates any of the terms of this Agreement shall be immediately denied occupancy and shall remedy any damages or other expenses, which are caused by the tenant and/or the tenant’s guest(s).

The guest agrees to indemnify and save our company harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the premises by the GUEST, tenants, or guests or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the premises. We accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage or alteration to the terms of your reservation caused by events beyond our control, including but not restricted to war, terrorist activity, civil commotion, flight delays, or cancellations, airport closures, loss of luggage, adverse weather conditions, fire flood, or industrial dispute. We cannot accept any liability for failure of public supplies such as water, electricity, Internet or breakdown of the air conditioning system. Nor for the consequences of the action or omissions of persons who may control or supply main services, or any actions taken in the vicinity of the property reserved, by any authority over which there is no control.

We cannot accept any liability for your personal safety during your vacation. It is particularly important that children are supervised at all times in and outside the vacation property. We assume no responsibility for accidents. You are reminded to exercise care as to your personal safety, and the safety of your companions. Whenever possible, valuables should be left secure and out of sight.

Credit Card Authorization

I understand and consent to the use of the credit card provided without original signature on the charge slip, that an email of this agreement will serve as an original, and that this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 90 days after the rental is vacated. Additional charges may include: unauthorized long distance telephone and satellite TV charges; excessive cleaning fees; damages beyond normal wear and tear and unreturned keys. All charges not covered under the Damage Protection Insurance may be included.
