Cancellation Policies

RentExperience offers three different cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) for all booking made at RentExperience Website. In order to proceed a valid cancellation, the guest needs to inform RentExperience by e-mail with the reservation ID. Please note, if a guest wants to modify a booking we will apply the cancellation policies accordingly unless the host or property manager accepts the modification.

All apartments are set up with just one cancellation policy that can be found on each property page.


    Down Payment:

    • Up to 60 Days | We will refund 75% of Down Payment Amount.
    • From 59 days up to 31 days | We will refund 50% of Down Payment Amount.
    • Less than 30 days | We will not refund the Down Payment Amount.
